At ManCave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming essentials. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your ManCave account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused grooming products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
